Cloud Forest Martial Institute / NinjaWayze
Cloud Forest Martial Institute is a professional practice. The hall, the software, the books, the podcasts, and the education work sit together. The aim is simple: help students and families live better and earn a wage.
NinjaWayze Software Development is the Institute software practice. We learn newer technology as it becomes available and put it on real floors.
Our approach was shaped through years with Appalachian State University's regional business development institute. That relationship shaped how we work. It is not a university endorsement of Mech Correct or of any Institute product. Support from 501(c)(3) programs and from communities of entrepreneurs with decades of experience helped the practice take shape.
Mech Correct is the shop operating system for independent auto shops: repair orders, inspections, payments, and the bay workflows owners run daily. It is built as a professional practice of Cloud Forest Martial Institute and NinjaWayze Software Development, not a side project. The trial stays at https://mechcorrect.app. The product story stays on mechcorrect.com.
Mech Correct was developed through the guidance, support, and tutelage of generational mechanics and certified technicians, all of whom requested to remain anonymous. Donors and financial backers have also requested anonymity.
It is built with precision. It may be new to the market, but it is made to hold up against software that has already had years on the market.
Each shop's records are isolated at the database with row-level security. Access is role-scoped so technicians, advisors, and owners see what their job requires. Data moves encrypted in transit and rests encrypted. Integration credentials stay on service-role paths, not in the browser.
We do not sell shop records or shop-customer personal information. You can export your business records to JSON at any time.
The Shared VIN History Network is optional and off until a shop turns it on. When it is on, participating shops can see sanitized service facts for a VIN: services, date, mileage, and shop name. Customer names, contact info, prices, and private notes stay out.
The AI Service Advisor uses the vehicle in the bay and federal recall data. It does not invent OEM specs. Verify against OEM service data before the repair.
No system is perfectly secure. Use strong credentials and give each person only the access they need.
Mech Correct is a shop operating system, not a brochure. The daily work is repair orders, digital inspections, text-to-pay, parts, dispatch, and the bay clock.
We build with shop-scoped records, migrations, and tests. Public VIN decode and recall lookups hit live NHTSA services. The advisor stays on those federal sources.
Newer tools come in when they help the floor.
Mech Correct is a product of RigBoss Software, built by the Institute practice. The app lives at mechcorrect.app. This site tells the product story.
